Elvis Costello and local politics

My column over at the KCFreePress this week discusses dirty tricks and local politics, and it works in two of my Elvis Costello quotations – “There’s no such thing as an original sin” and “I used to be disgusted and now I try to be amused.”

    Dan, you forgot one thing.
How about threatening to derail the "No Billionaire Left Behind" (stadium tax) in order to get Reiderer to drop out of the race for County Legislature. If Rizzo would have followed through with that, it would have been the only good thing he has ever done for the County.
Keep up the good fight Dan.

  3. Mark up two more R victories says:

There were 14 people at a Democrat fundraiser for John Bullard for State Rep at Clanseys in E Jack tonight, and it featured Mo Atty Gen Kris Koster. Koster has no draw power because he is under FBI investigation. The Democrats cannot accept that so they keep feeding their talent into that stinking rat hole. So the fucking lose.
