Democrats are Better People than Republicans

But Max Baucus proves me wrong.

Ignoring the morality of it, how do you think that you will get away with nominating your mistress for one of the most important jobs in the United States, and one which involves investigations into the nominee’s background?

    Did forwarding her name demonstrate questionable judgment about appearances? Absolutely. But he submitted her name along with two others, and made no recommendation as to who should be chosen.

    Jools – it's different in a few ways, (such as misuse of campaign funds), but I think Ensign and Baucus share a common moral ground.
